In leu of 9-11...

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, the the sea was no more.
And I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband....
And the city had no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God is its light, and its lamp is the Lamb.
The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their glory into it.
And I heard a loud voice form the throne saying, "See, the home of god is among mortals. HE will dwell with them as thier God; they will be His peoples, and God himself will be with theim; He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more, mourning and crying and pain will be no more, for the first things have passed away."
And the one who was seated on the throne said, "See, I am making all things new."
Then He said to me, "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end."
The one who testifies to these things says, "Surely I am coming soon."

There is hope. There is a future. And there are good things ahead. On this day of sad remembrances, let us look forward to the reinstatement of a perfect world. It is coming.

Come, Lord JESUS!!!

Im reading 'Heaven' by.....uh-oh i cant think of his name off the top of my head but he's a really good author and those verses remind me of the excitement of things to come combined with the tragedy of blind humans to their own sin.....

Don't you love prophecy! It's so meaningful, vague, and profound all at the same time! Whatever the interp is, it's a-comin'!
