i'm not happy
best buy is a bunch of poo people. i bought a laptop from them, but they didn't have it in stock. so they said they would order one. and it would be ready today. well it wasn't. and now they say they lost my order....and some guy was supposed to come in and figure it out and call me. well i never got called. and i'm not happy about it. actually i'm not really mad...but if i act like i am maybe i'll get some sort of discount or something....i hope so anyway.

that's lousy business on the part of best buy. what we have found is that they advertise things they don't have in stock (or maybe they have 5 of , and it's such a good deal that everyoone wants one).
but on the other hand, for you, this is kinda like your welcome to the real adult world of making major purchases, etc. ve firm but sweet :) and i hope you do get a discount! loseing the order - that's sloppy.

Good luck with that. I've had problems with them before, and they did nada. And I tried both being nice and being upset-- still didn't work. The only time I ever get good help is when it's some 20-something guy just trying to flirt. Typical! Hope you have better luck (or are better at flirting) than I!
